FOUNDER + DIRECTOR
Highly experienced in Health and Safety with over 10 years in the construction industry, on award-winning projects up to £100M, and a supporting foundation in architecture and design throughout the UK.
Ebi has a BA(Hons) in Architecture at Kingston University and M.Arch in Architecture at University of East London. These qualifications and experience combine Ebi’s first-hand understanding of architectural design with a creative, meticulous and adaptable approach to Health and Safety.
Ebi is the fine balance of people-person charm and solution-seeking calm. He leans into challenge and spares no effort in resolution.
When Ebi isn’t working with Health and Safety, he can be found with his partner and son, doing family yoga, diving and skateboarding.
Fun fact: Ebi has travelled to all 7 continents and almost 40 countries.
ALICIA
MANAGING DIRECTOR
With a Bachelor of Architecture and background in luxury high-end residential architecture, and spatial design within luxury fashion, Alicia has amassed over 7 years experience in delivering a creative and strategic philosophy that has consistently impressed our clients.
Adding to the mix, Alicia is a qualified life coach and uses this strong mix of creativity and communication to manage our internal operations, promotion of our business and client relationships.
Outside of business, Alicia has a passion for fashion and design history with a soft spot for screen printing and Hermés scarves.
Fun fact: Alicia has a passion for screen printing and collects the beautiful Hermés hand-printed silk scarves.
